Hello and welcome back to another episode of Inspired by Design. I'm so excited for today's episode. You guys are going to absolutely love all of it. Today I am joined by Tamra Santucci. If you're unfamiliar with Tamara, you are going to absolutely want to follow her after this episode because she is just so magnetic and amazing and just an incredible human. Tamara is a nervous system-based period coach and she helps ambitious women feel good across every stage of their cycle, not just during the good weeks. And she really challenges this idea that PMS, cravings, mood swings, and just feeling awful before your period are normal. She reframes these signs as dysregulated, as having a dysregulated cycle and not something that women should just accept. And she really likes reframes the luteal phase. And she really treats the luteal phase not as a problem, but a time when people can be more intuitive, analytical, and clear, especially when your cycle is regulated. And she gives so much practical advice in this episode, especially for lifestyle recommendations and things that we can take advantage of during our alluteal phase, during our follicular phase, and just supporting our cycle all the way around. And something unique about Tamara that might be unique to period coaches in general and just society is that she doesn't fully buy into cycle syncing. And her angle is more personalized regulation rather than strict protocols. And she more so wants you to just lean into your body, learn your body, and adjust to what you need. And she really believes strongly in the identity and period connection. And we really talk about this a lot here. It was a major theme. And specifically identity, nervous system state, and your psycho health, all being deeply linked. And she talks about some practices that she utilizes to help with identity work and helping to reinforce your self-concept. So you're going to want to wait to tune into those. And then we also talked a lot about burnout and hustle and how women are often very addicted to hustle because of this dorsal dopamine cycle. And she really breaks this all down and offers tips for how to find real success and make regulation and rest feel safe. We also talk a lot about low tox wellness, especially at the end of the episode. She gives her favorite recommendations. And we honestly could have chatted about this for a while, but I think that this was like super fun to learn about because non-toxic and low toxic living is something that is becoming more and more common, and people are looking for more ways to incorporate this into their life. And she offers some really great products, recommendations, and tips in that realm. The episode is full with so much. And I just love Tamara. I love listening to her talk. She has just such an amazing energy, and she clearly knows her stuff. So this was a very long intro, but I wanted to make sure you know what you're getting yourself into. Like this is a really good episode, so you're going to want to listen to the end. But welcome to the episode, Tamra. As we can already see from um before I even hit record, we can talk for a very long time.

SPEAKER_04

We go back and forth. We have a great connection and it's going to be a great conversation today. I feel it.

SPEAKER_01

I'm so excited. All right. Um, first, can you just tell everyone about you and what you do for work and what lights you up?

SPEAKER_04

Oh, absolutely. Love this. So I am a nervous system-based period coach. I love guiding and supporting ambitious women, really kind of unfuck their hormones, feel dangerously hot, and become that woman, even on day one of their period. I feel like there's such a stigma that I feel like we'll get into around energy, around glow, around feeling yourself at all times of the month. I feel like maybe sometimes we can get into the mindset or the belief or the truth that there's only two good weeks of our cycle. And I feel like there's more education around it. We are so much more open to it than we were many, many years ago. But I still think that we can really embody a deeper truth of working with our cycle in a way that's really realistic with a modern woman that's really wanting to feel sure of herself, really wanting to feel successful in herself and sexy in herself. So that's kind of the premise and a little bit in a nutshell of what I do. And then aside from that, on the other side, me as a human behind the scenes, I am a wife. I got married last year and I had a beautiful, beautiful dream Italian wedding weekend. It was set in Australia, but where we had it, it was like a gorgeous, it was like Italy and Australia. So just felt so lucky and blessed to have that. I am a mom to a gorgeous two-year-old daughter. It's crazy to think that she's a toddler when I'm like she's she's two. I'm like yesterday, she was just coming out of me. Like, what? So yeah, but other than that, I just love all things wellness, low tox, um, and just really becoming the the best version of yourself, like not letting fear hold you back and allowing yourself to grow into the woman that you were born to be.

SPEAKER_01

I love that. When I was um doing a little, you know, deep dive. I said I already told you earlier I stalked your Instagram. I was like deep in your wedding content. It was beautiful. I don't know how I happened to miss it when you first posted it, but it was like anyone listening, you need to go stalk everyone on Instagram and look at her wedding content because like it was beautiful, your dress was beautiful. I loved your little um uh the tower that you guys had of like I'm guessing that was like a Pearl Spritz.

SPEAKER_03

It was our Pearl Spritz.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, it was our Pearl Spritz tower. I had a theme. I love a theme. I love like bringing, and I said it, like I had a theme for each day. Um, I love bringing meaning and intention to everything that I do, and my like our wedding was of no exception. So it was Italian, like I'm Italian, Brad is European, he's Maltese, Australian, but we really wanted to get married in Italy. But on the caveat, like we wanted to have our nearest and dearest in summer, like our grandparents are a little elderly, so we wanted to find out Italy in Australia, and we really, really did that. It was family run, it was just perfect, but each day was just a specific theme. So on the Friday, it was La Dolce Vita Dina, like very inspired by like European summer nights, just lemons, and it was just beautiful. And then on the day, it was a tradition, like modern traditional wedding. Um, and I love the colors of orange, rustic, earthy, and the greens. And then Sunday was under the Tuscan sun brunch. So it just really completed it.

SPEAKER_01

Oh my god. Like, are you a wedding planner on the side? Like you hire someone.

SPEAKER_04

I I didn't. It was just me and my mom essentially doing everything. Brad was coming in, but he was working a lot. So, and I just love it so much. So there were a lot of um, there was a lot of me in everything. I did the wedding stationery, but I did have a lot of help from the venue itself. Like she was kind of like my wedding planner in a sense. Like we had a lot of meetings. She was doing the styling, the florals, she was working out like a lot of the vendors as well. But um, yeah, it was essentially, it was essentially me.

SPEAKER_01

Oh my god. Well, maybe that's uh a new calling.

SPEAKER_04

A lot of my friends were like, you should do this on the side. I'm like, would love to, but I have a deeper calling over here.

SPEAKER_01

So yeah, I also feel like you're probably busy enough, busy enough.

SPEAKER_04

I think I'd love to bring in like a little bridal something, like kind of down the track. I just I love and everything, weddings and all of the stuff, but even looking back now, and I don't know if like maybe some post brides can attest to this, I think you can really get caught up in some of the details and everything, and like just into the little intricacies of the wedding. And looking back, I'm like, oh, those are the things that didn't really matter. Like, I didn't need to worry about that as much. And yeah, like coming in like out of it now, I'm like, it's the feeling that makes a difference more than anything else.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. Um, well, it looked beautiful, it looked like an amazing day. And uh no, I was just really I was obsessed. I I just kept consuming your wedding, like I was just like looking for more of it. Um but again, I guess we can talk about we need to talk about period health.

SPEAKER_03

I could talk about the wedding, Brent, like that for hours. Like, honestly, I can hold with that.

SPEAKER_01

Um, okay, so I guess first things first. What's the main thing that you wish every high achieving woman understood about their cycle?

SPEAKER_04

If there was like one thing, one thing is that you have so much magic within each phase that you can actually really use to your advantage. I think the misconception is that you can push through, say, for example, the week before your period, and you feel like shit. You feel like shit come the afternoon, or you feel like shit maybe coming into your period, or you feel like you're not good enough, or there's kind of like an overarching self-sabotage or self-doubt coming through or getting louder. And I really wish more women knew that there is quite a lot of magic and strength when we really play to our cycle, not in a cycle-sinking sense, but say, for example, in your luteal phase, you're way more analytical, you're way more cool, calm, and collected, you can really process things a lot quicker. And your brain is honestly changing quite a bit. So using that to your advantage and really checking in with your body is such an advantage, especially in business and especially as a woman, because you can see things in a way that you wouldn't be able to see in a different phase. So it's really you become and merge into different versions of you and you can play two different archetypes of yourself to really bring the best version that you want to bring forward if you're in a career or in business.

SPEAKER_01

Are there like a few questions that you would have someone ask themselves when they're trying to figure out like how they are showing up during their luteal phase so they can best deal with their luteal phase, if that makes sense?

SPEAKER_04

Yes, for sure. I think the first thing though with your luteal phase, and this can get like a bit, it can get a bit of a bad rap. Your luteal phase is actually just quite an intuitive time when you have a regulated cycle. So your luteal phase, you shouldn't, you really shouldn't be having PMS, mood swings, sugar cravings, any cravings of any any kind. Your metabolism is quicker, so you will be hungrier, but that's kind of the misconception. So when you have a regulated cycle, I feel like it's so much easier to tune into yourself. So number one, definitely working in, like working to have a regulated cycle. But the specific prompts, I feel like I wouldn't necessarily have specific prompts. I would say check in with your body, check in with your energy, check in with your heart and your mind, like your your soul, like really getting clear into what you personally need. But then on the other end, knowing that you genuinely have the questions and have the answers that you need within you. And I think it's more so around strengthening your inner power itself, not relying on like questions just generic, because I think sometimes we can get in our head around that, but allowing yourself to really go deeper into what questions you need to ask yourself. What do you want to know about yourself? And letting yourself really sit in silence and letting yourself really come through with those answers.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I love that. I know I've heard that like your alludial phase in the week before your period is a more, much more intuitive time. But I think like the reality is for a lot of people, they are experiencing dysregulated periods. And I don't think, and correct me if I'm wrong, that you necessarily mean like your period's inconsistent, but more so by dysregulated, it's more so that you have like PMS and you have cravings and you have symptoms that we deem as quote unquote normal, but actually are not normal. So if someone resonates with that and is someone who has identified that they have an unregulated cycle, what are some steps that you would recommend that they could do immediately to try and regulate their cycle?

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. Okay, for sure. So if you are okay, the biggest thing is number one, looking at your lifestyle, looking at how you're spending your time and auditing your time, your energy during your luteal phase. So thinking about how you're feeling when you wake up, thinking about how you're feeling your energy across the day within your luteal phase specifically. If you feel like you're slumping at 2 p.m., that's maybe a time where you need to, and this isn't a sign of dysregulation at all. You need more rest during your luteal phase. So giving that to yourself, allowing yourself to audit, allowing yourself to check in and giving that to yourself and just really prioritizing more regulation during this time, especially within the bookends of your day. I really love suggesting that to women specifically, morning and night. Those are your sacred times. The hour, half an hour, whatever you have that's realistic for you, keep those really, really sacred and give yourself that time to do what you need to fall into regulation, to fall into like really feeling back into your body and back into yourself. So those are kind of some lifestyle things. Other things, getting outside, the sunlight is so, so, so important for our melatonin levels and our circadian rhythm. Our cycle is specifically ovulation, is so dependent on light. And sleep is really helpful, so much so to regulating ourselves specifically within your literal face. So that's a big thing. Having really consistent but quality sleep and really prioritizing the wind down before that. So you really fall into a restful sleep. That's number one. Um, other lifestyle things, movement, really prioritizing quality, consistent fitness regime, going lighter, maybe in the weights in if you're into the gym and lighter overall during this phase. But that's not to mean that you need to slow down completely. Like if you love the gym, go hard, but just work to your body that you're not gonna get pee pee's, for example, during this time. Pilates is great, yoga is great, getting outside, moving your body is so, so, so important to just regulate yourself anyhow. Um, other things, warming foods. Your body during this time really, really needs warming foods. But if you are, for example, in the US or Northern Hemisphere, you're coming into summer. So, what can you do? Maybe can you have some bone broths? Can you have some warm teas at night or like prioritizing that? If you're having a salad, can you have like a beautiful slow cooked uh meat or something like that that's really nutrient dense, that you are pairing kind of like that warming element into your meals? So those are sort of the sorts of things. Warming is just so important for your ovaries, for your uterus, just sending love and safety to your body specifically during this time. Other practical things that you can do, friend time. Friend time is so important during your luteal phase, but also not even that, just to regulate yourself as well. Friend time, um, getting outside, socializing, like I said before, vitamin C is actually really important to regulate your progesterone, magnesium. If you can get a liposomal form, which is that liquid form, it's more bioavailable. So, so, so incredibly important. And this is to say, like, not to say, like, obviously, I want to give a bit of a caveat. I cannot suggest or recommend any supplements for anyone. Like, obviously, use your discretion, discernment, and do your own research and speak to a consultant around this too. But magnesium is a supplement that a lot of us are quite uh nutrient, like depleted in, and it's depleted in our soil. So this is something that is really, really helpful for us to get. But overall, it helps with sleep, it helps with cortisol regulation, it helps with a lot of things that help to boost progesterone, which is the big hormone that we need in our luteal phase, and that helps us to combat any PMS symptoms, any mood swings, any sugar cravings. The progesterone is actually the thing that helps us to maintain regulation and intuition and processing and like helps us to feel like ourselves still in the week before our period. So we need to work to decrease our stress and boost regulation during this time. That's the biggest thing. So lifestyle food, that's what you can do. Um, in terms of business, it's just working out what you can really do in the sense of like still still doing content, still doing all of the things because you have a certain magic to you. You are more analytical, you can appeal to a different buy, like you can do so many different things that appeal to different aspects of the business, more admin, more operational, like your brain is wide for that, like finance is money, your brain is wide for that. So playing to that what you will. Do you know what I mean? So that's there's some tips.

SPEAKER_01

I love that. There's so much good stuff there, and it's nice that a lot of it is lifestyle because while it is like hard to sometimes incorporate some of those things because it does take discipline, it's nice to know that it's like things that are readily available to you and just choices that you can make on your day-to-day. I'm curious if there are like foods or I know you can't really recommend supplements, but just things of that sort that are good to have in the weeks leading up to your lineal phase, more like your um even in your menstrual phase or just like your follicular phase to kind of prep you so it's all just one regulated cycle.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. To be honest, and maybe this is a bit controversial, I don't believe in cycle syncing as such. I don't believe in changing so much of your routine. And I have quite like I've been had pain-free periods since 2023. I've been really, really conscious about around this. And I think sometimes when we can add like a differentiation, it can sometimes feel harder to implement and to integrate. That being said, some of the things like lifestyle things, and this is a lot of the work that I do with my clients, I don't recommend adding a million things to your life because that's not going to work and that's not realistic. And that's why I don't necessarily believe like the traditional cycle syncing is realistic. I think there's a structure that you can have that becomes really personal to you. So, for example, some of the things that I do and like it's kind of become second nature to me now. But on my period, I'm really conscious around giving myself more sleep. Like prior. Prioritizing more window, prioritizing deeper quality sleep, um, having wearing an eye mask during this time so it's completely black and I'm not letting light into my eyes. So it's yeah, more consistent. I'm thinking about going outside, slower walks, giving myself more rest in the afternoon as well. Not necessarily maybe a nap if I don't feel like it, but if I'm yeah, more reading, more pleasure, I'm thinking about those things. What gives me pleasure? What does my body need right now? And I'm consistently checking in with myself. Within my follicular and ovulation, I'm doing things like pretty normally. I'm working out, I'm eating well, I'm doing all those things. But the biggest thing that's sometimes can get us trapped is pushing ourselves so hard, saying yes more, stretching ourselves thin within our follicular phase and our ovulation that makes us so much more tired and pay for it in our ludial phase. So really auditing yourself within that. I feel like this is a big thing to not outsource your outsource your power, but really, and sometimes it's a little bit harder, like taking your power back and actually checking in with yourself with what you personally need and what really works for you. There's a specific like structure that you can follow and everything, and there's gonna be trial and error. However, you kind of just need to work out what's gonna work for you, what kind of movement works for you? Is it the morning? Is it at night workout? Is it gym? Is it Pilates? What really works for you? What kind of business schedule, like career schedule, like all of those things? What really works for you? How do you work? What um makes you tick? What makes you more productive? What do you need to do to set up your morning routine and working out what you need throughout your luteal phase? I know that throughout my luteal phase, and I'm in it right now. I probably need a little bit more slower time in the morning, more time just resting, sipping my bone broth, watching my little Pinterest video that I have, like vision boarding, like getting into that. I need more time. I I want a like a slower, more warmer shower. I like my body really loves that at night. I really love dim showers if I'm having that with red light on, red lights everywhere. Actually, that's a big thing. Just checking what kind of lights you have, like in the house. Like, is it blue light kind of lights or is it amber and red light only that really help you with your circadian rhythm? That's a big thing. And blue, blue light blocker is a fantastic brand that I will recommend to anyone. They've got great lamps, like reading lamps, they have great like little night lights as well, but they've got the actual light bulbs. Like I've changed so many of my light bulbs in the house because it's just amazing, especially at night. You want amber light or you want red light only, and it kind of mimics that sundown, it mimics the your circadian rhythm. And so it really helps to boost the melatonin or like keep that in check because as soon as the night like night comes in and you turn the light on, well, then it's like, oh, it's your body thinks it's sun, it's it's still daylight, and then that can affect how much of a deep sleep you can go into. So that's a kind of a hack that yeah, that's kind of a hack that I used since last year, I think, and it's been amazing.

SPEAKER_01

I love that because I I am such like a mood lighting person, especially like after 7 p.m. candlelight, preferably red light. Like I just want it to be mellow and like I notice a huge difference when I walk between a room like that, and then I go into another space to like use the bathroom or something, and the lights are on. It's so impressive, it's so jarring. And so I it also like shows me just how much like my body wakes up from it and how your body can't really settle into that like dreamy state before bed if you're blinded by lights. So I love the suggestion with the brand and the lights that you can put in the bulb because that's really helpful. And I didn't know that brand. I wanted to ask you, you have these cute blue light glasses that are like orange. Yes, I do. Where are those from?

SPEAKER_04

They're from, I was just about to say the glasses to get the glasses. They're from Blue Light Blocker. They've got red light glasses, which I use at night. Like if I want to watch TV, I will put them on. So, like obviously, the blue light from the TV doesn't disrupt, but you can still watch a little bit of TV. I like watching Modern Family or Brooklyn 99, and they're my regulation shows, and I love them. Um, we've actually got our daughter onto them because she like likes watching a little bit of a movie before bed, and it's been so helpful because I noticed that with her when she was waking up in the morning, I could tell that she was like, it was like she was tired. And so when I spoke to someone about it, she suggested the blue light blocker glasses, and I had already been on it, my husband had already been on it. I'm like, of course, it makes sense for kids who are so much more sensitive to it to be on them too. And yeah, so they have kid glass kids' glasses as well, which is amazing, such a good hack. I mean, she loves wearing them because we're wearing them.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, I love that. That's so cute. I that's really cool. I've worn like blue light glasses, but again, it's hard to know like what is good quality from Amazon. So I definitely appreciate the recommendation there.

SPEAKER_04

The big thing I think with that is just if it lets in kind of like blue light, if you can still see blue, um, and like fact check this because I I think I saw a um a video on it. I I think if like you if you allow like if it allows blue light in or you can see the color blue, then it's not doing a good enough job. So you need the amber, like the specific, specific amber. We're testing it out.

SPEAKER_03

I can still see a lot of blue.

SPEAKER_04

It's like I think like the glasses, like the prescription glasses, and I've got them. I put the blue light um filter in as well. Well, I asked them to, and I think it does an all right job, but then obviously you want 100% if you're really going down that path.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. Yeah, that makes sense. I definitely want to get a pair. I I probably need like another pair because I can't really have color blocking glasses when I'm designing because it would probably look like a mess. But I wanted blue. Um, but thank you so much for all of the tips and everything. I was literally taking notes. Like this episode came in a perfect time. I'm in my ludial phase, I'm feeling the downward spiral. And so I was thinking, like, I know you talk a lot about identity and embodying the woman that you want to be and like pulling that version of you in, it's calling you forward and all those things. And I feel like with being in your ludial phase or on your period and kind of going through that downward spiral, yeah. I'm I'm thinking that it might have something to do with like identity and you know your lack of like solidness in yourself. And so I'm curious like your take on that and kind of how you think the two are connected and how you can really start to like anchor in to that next level self.

SPEAKER_04

Love this. So your brain has a communication pathway from yeah, literally from your brain to your ovaries. So everything you're filtering through into your brain, in through your subconscious, is also going down into your ovaries and it's feeling it. They're in constant communication. Any stress coming in, kind of like good or bad stress, is also feeling in your uterus, in your ovaries, all the things. So if you don't potentially have like a, I like to say like C plus, like I think your period is kind of like your monthly report card. You kind of want to be top like getting top scores. But like let's leave some room for life happening too. Let's say like B minus to like A, right? Because not all months are gonna be perfect. You're gonna have bigger months, you're gonna have more stressful months, but it's also how your bro body responds and how you are responding to it too. So when you are in your luteal phase and you're feeling a little bit of that downward spiral, all the rest of it, what are your consistent practices that allow your brain, your subconscious to still feel solid in yourself? And this is when the identity piece comes in. Because I really believe that your period is the foundation, it's the pillar to a really, really strong, like, for example, house, like architecturally beautifully designed house. And if you think about a New York skyscraper, they're not going to be building on shitty foundations, and that's what your period is. You want it to be built on a really solid, good foundation. Let clarify if like I'm not making sense. Like I love my metaphors, so let me know if I'm painting a picture here. But no, that makes sense. That's that. And then how it's designed, how it's built is your identity. And that's how you're really putting yourself out there in the world. That's how you're allowing yourself to be seen, to really show up. And that starts from the inside. So your identity in your period is so connected, but the way that I really think about pulling yourself forward are through specific practices. One thing that I noticed, and I was having a like kind of like a little dippy few months. And it's because I wasn't really, I was intentional, but like I could turn it up a notch in the sense of what I was filtering in the first thing, like first thing in the morning as soon as I wake up. What am I listening to? What are the thoughts that I'm thinking? What am I allowing myself to believe? And then also the same thing, the last thing before I go to bed. So, really specifically, I listen to a meditation track first thing in the morning as soon as I wake up, because that's when your kind of like the brain is more malleable and you can kind of rewire it to think the thoughts that you want to think and you want to believe. And your identity is made up of how you feel about yourself, but also how you think about yourself. And it's a cycle. So, and then if you're thinking, I'm good enough, I can do this, I'm fucking top shit, all the rest of it, you're thinking about that, then that's how you're feeling, right? And then that's building up the strength and building that belief. And the circle becomes more hardwired to that feeling, to that, those thoughts and to that belief. And that becomes your core truth, that becomes your core beliefs until it really etches into your identity that I am a woman that is top shit. I am a woman that can do all the things, I am a woman that can have it all. So you really need to be intentional about how you're feeling, and you really need to be intentional about how you're thinking. And there are, yeah, like I said, specific things that you can do because your brain doesn't understand the difference between what is real and what is fake. So the some of the things that I do each and every day, like I said, first thing in the morning, I'm really intentional about the meditation track that I have, but I'm also intentional with my faith. Like whatever that is for you, if it's God, universe, source, believing something like that's bigger than you because you're co-creating with something. It also allows you to anchor into safety within yourself and takes the pressure off that it's all on you because it's not. You have such a bigger power at play that allows you to co-create with the life that you genuinely want to have. And so there are some things like I pray, like I really just melt into myself. And even before this, before the podcast interview, I just said, I am an open channel, I am an open vessel, use me and allow me to communicate what kind of whatever needs to come through for the woman listening to this on the other side needs to hear. And so, like coming through, I'm not necessarily thinking about what I need to say, but it's just coming through like like kind of like a vortex, like coming through as downloads, really easily. And so there, that's the kind of thing that helps me to really feel sure of myself and solid in myself, no matter what, um, no matter what phase I'm in. Other things I'm really intentional with, I'm intentional with moving my body. We don't realize how much in our head we are, especially in our luteal phase, we can be really up in our head. And you gotta get back into your body, back into your heart, back into your intuition, into your real knowing and your gut feel because you have such a strong gut feel, you got to get back into that. So if that is getting outside, getting your eyeballs like right in the sun, going for a walk, going to into a beautiful neighborhood, like romanticizing your morning and allowing yourself to feel the expansion of what is possible for you and your life, of who you could be. I'm really intentional as well, with like I said, moving my body, gymming, working out, Pilates, but also dancing, like allowing myself to move without any pressure and allowing myself to really get into my sensuality. And this is important. I feel like I'm going all over the place, but hopefully this is making sense. But your period has such a direct connection to your femininity, to your sensuality, and to how that helps you to ignite how strong you feel in your sense of self. We are innate feminine women, and we all have our different kinds of feminine flavors. So allowing that to be shone through in your actions, in your behaviors, in your daily kind of movements, moments, just allows you to like to feel on, to feel connected, to feel really sure of yourself, especially in your ludial phase. I feel like that's such a key hack to just allow yourself to put on some music and just dance like no one's watching. The best hack of all time. Like the best hack of all time. It allows you to get get into, yeah, get into your body and just not think about, not not overthink. So that's a really big thing. Um what else do I do? I think they're the biggest pillars. Like, I feel like sometimes we can overcompilate overcomplicate it, but we have everything we need inside of us. It's just using the tools at our disposal to allow that to come out.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I love that. And I know you were saying that you felt like you're going all over the place, but no, that was that was so good. And I feel like that sometimes too when I'm talking, that I'm like, oh god, I've taken this so far in a different realm. But no, that was so good and so helpful. And I love the dance hack. I'm definitely, I literally wrote that down. I'm gonna do that.

SPEAKER_04

Um but another thing, so sorry, because just to go back on the brain, like your brain doesn't understand the difference between what is real and what is fake. You can just in your you have such a powerful like visualization tool. So, for example, I have, and this was not um kind of my tip, but there are a lot of successful people that do this that I found. And what they do is they have a morning video that they watch every single morning, and it's just your vision board back to like a music, like a song that you really love, and you just watch that every single morning. So I downloaded a bunch of pictures off of Pinterest and I popped it all into InShot. I put the duration, I think, for two seconds for each image, so it only goes for two minutes, and then I have a song playing in the background that I love and I like feel like is my kind of like manifestation anything is possible track. And I play it every single day. And I played it even just before this podcast interview, and it gets me into such a vibe of like I'm making that shit happen. Like, that is my life, so yeah, that is such a very, very powerful hack. And that like your identity influences so much of your period too, because when you're feeling so bang on, so hard, and feeling like, oh, like I've got this. That is because your brain's always talking to your ovaries, that comes through in your period. You feel like your health is on track, you feel like you're glowing, you feel like you're getting into shape, like you're sculpted, you're toning up, whatever your goals are. It's just it goes, it goes both ways.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, oh my god. I love that. I like that tip as well. I've never heard that before, but I do love a vision board. I have one on my computer that I look at, and I have one in my journal. And I do think it's so important to like constantly be looking at things because of our reticular activating system and how it allows us to then start searching for those things and like getting confirmation of that in our own lives. So I think that's a super helpful tip there. If you're listening to this and have ever wondered, is my brand bold enough to stand out or am I blending in? I built a quiz that tells you exactly where you stand and what to do next. It's really quick, it's only 10 questions, takes about four minutes, maybe less, and you can take it on your phone whenever. Having a bold brand isn't about being loud, it's about being unmistakably you so the right people find you faster and the wrong ones self-select out. Head to the link in the show notes to take the quiz and find out if your brand is bold enough to stand out or if you're blending in with everyone else in your industry. When you had mentioned that you um say just like a prayer and you had said one before the podcast of like have source like come through you. As you were talking, I was literally thinking that you were in such a flow state. So I really do feel like that that works well for you, and I might have to take that for myself because that is just such a powerful thing. And it really is so nice to connect to a higher power and just kind of know that like you're being divinely guided in whatever way that looks like. Um, because it helps take the pressure off of yourself and like thinking I need to prepare and I need to have all these things ready and just knowing that like you're gonna do what you need to do and speak to who you need to speak to just by being you. And so I really liked what you said there about that. But as for like identity work, I know you said um meditations in the morning and things to help solidify yourself, and the more you do it, the more you like really solidify that sense of self. How do you help women who like come to? I'm sure when women come to you in the start, they don't really have like a solid identity and or maybe even have like that strong sense of self. And so I'm curious like how you guide them in those early stages when like maybe they have no idea what to do, where to start, what questions to ask themselves, how to even figure that out. And I feel like it's especially hard with the amount of noise there is around us nowadays and to just like really come back to you. And I know people always say, just like, come back to yourself, come back to yourself. But what does that actually look like in practice?

SPEAKER_04

We do that, yeah, for sure, for sure, 100%. Yeah. And I also fall into this trap. I think we can, especially being service-based providers on Instagram on social media. We like I can also get caught up in the noise. What I do to come back to myself is having no stimulation time. I'm intentional about when I go onto social media in the morning, when I log off of social media at night, like when I put my phone on, do not disturb, or air and play mode, like that is a solid boundary. Other things, no stimulation time when I'm in the car, when I'm on walks, when else, like intentional around when I'm eating or making dinner, something like that. I think having a toddler, like it makes it like a little bit more difficult. But even when we're going for Pram walks, I'm not having headphones in. I'm not on my phone, I'm not doing any of that. And it helps me to get into a flow state and really connect to my thoughts so much deeper. I think sometimes, again, like I said before, we can overcomplicate certain things. I think you're so much more connected and you got to give yourself more credit than maybe what you're giving yourself. Someone said to me, because I was asking, like, are there I was really, I'm really looking to advance my health as well, like getting seeing like what I can do to potentially optimize, but also connect, just connect deeper to myself. And she's like, You're doing better than what you think. Like you are doing better than what you think. And I think we really need to give ourselves that reminder and that kind of reality check. You are doing better than what you think. I know you want to be maybe further ahead or whatever it is, but just that having that inner knowing and inner belief of you are actually right where you need to be and you are doing good, like you're doing good. Caveat to that too. Like, yes, no stimulation time. I think that just really allows you to center yourself, really feel like, oh, I'm back connected into my brain and into my body. Dance is a big thing, music is a big thing. Being intentional about what you're consuming is a big thing. Can you create more than you consume? And I don't mean in the sense of creating content, I mean in the sense of like connecting back to what feels Pleasurable to you and really connecting with that kind of pathway within yourself. Baking, cooking, drawing, painting, pottery, even just like dancing, creating like a beautiful movement within yourself. Anything that you can do kind of with your hands helps you, or yeah, like especially without any technology, helps you to get connected back into yourself, journaling and just free journaling, just allowing yourself to have a bit of a solo date and just letting yourself write, letting yourself come through. Like, and even if there's nothing that comes to mind, just writing, nothing is coming to mind, nothing is coming to mind, nothing is coming to mind, and just letting yourself kind of bypass that block that you're feeling like I'm not connected to myself and letting yourself really go deeper, like get curious with yourself, really be open to feeling excited about like, oh, like I get to go deeper within myself, I get to grow in a new way, I get to challenge myself. Like that's so, so, so exciting. Um another thing is, yeah, I guess like they're the biggest things that I would really start with. But again, along with my along with my clients, because I am based in like somatic, I'm a somatic practitioner. So I really help women get back into their body. And kind of like if you think about if you go to a place and there's water and there's a body of water, but it's murky and you don't want to kind of get into it like it's dirty, there's dirt, there's rubbish, all this stuff. It's kind of like your mind and your body is kind of that murky water. And what I do is help you clear that murky water so it's beautiful, crystallized, clear again, and you want to swim in it. Like you can see the bottom of the lake or the bottom of the body of water. And that's kind of the process of what I do as a somatic practitioner that helps you to really connect back to your true self, your true identity of the woman that you want to be, and also regulate your period and hormones in the process too. So they're the kind of things that you can start. And then if you want to go deeper, definitely, definitely going into somatic work.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, somatic work is such a game changer, and it's really helpful because again, with like you can do so you can only do so much mindset work, and then you need the body, you need to feel into the body and like release that to then apply some of that mindset work. And it was funny that you said said like we're doing so much better than we actually think, we need to give yourselves credit because um the other day I was just like feeling, you know, uh, and uh the podcast episode that we recorded together had come out on your podcast, and I listened to it, and I was listening to myself talk, and I was like basically giving a pep talk, and I was like listening to my own words, and I was like, damn, I need to listen to my own advice. Yeah, I was saying, I was like, I needed to hear that, and it was just funny that it like came from myself, and so it is so true, like we are so hard on ourselves, and like it's way easier to kind of bury yourself when you're having a bad day or like a bad season, but just kind of like really taking yourself out of that and reflecting on everything and like journaling and taking time with yourself and then no simulation. I think we're very quick to like drown ourselves in distraction with social media or consuming movies and TV shows and podcasts. And like I know I'm guilty of podcasts specifically, I just love to binge podcasts, and it's like you need to leave space for your own thoughts, like you need to leave that white space so you can actually think and hear yourself and figure out like who you are. That's how you build identity is like acknowledging and listening to your own thoughts. So yeah, I really loved everything that you said, and I know you talk a lot about like reconnecting with your feminine energy, and I know like a lot of people are stuck in this like burnout and hustle culture, hustle mode. So, how do you tell someone that's like stuck in that how they can reconnect with their feminine energy if they're feeling like very dominant in their masculine?

SPEAKER_04

Okay. So, with this, such a great question. And even to add to what we were speaking about before, yes, we are doing better than what we think, and there's also comes an element of that masculine, like that healthy masculine that needs to come through. And I like to kind of like just this is our strong feminine, and it gives us our pep talk to really be disciplined, like to really be disciplined and to kind of like not be hard on ourselves in an unhealthy way, but hard on ourselves in the way that we know we are built for more and we know we're meant for more. So you can have those feelings of like feeling low, all the rest of it, and let yourself feel it. Like have a moment to let yourself feel feel it. And this is where we actually allow ourselves to get into our feminine, not to bypass and not to like keep pushing, forcing or whatever. Let yourself fucking have a moment and really, really go into it and feel it. And then pick yourself back up because you know you are meant for more and you know you're built for big things, and you know you're like, all right, let's go. Like, I'm ready for the top, I'm ready to become all that I am and just ready to feel like to feel like myself. So the big things with that, especially for a woman kind of like hustling, nearing burnout, all the rest of it, there's a few things, and actually, there's a substack in a podcast coming out on this. And the thing is around we're quite addicted to burnout, and we're addicted to hustle. And there's a few things that come into play in the sense of addiction. One, cortisol is released whenever we're feeling like there's a deadline, there's stress coming through, or there's like something coming through that makes us feel uncomfortable because we're growing. And I call this the good stress, like we're talking about good stress here, and then afterwards, when we complete the reward of finishing that cycle, there's dopamine that's released, and this is that feel-good chemical, and this um boosts our reward-seeking behavior, and so because of the cortisol and dopamine kind of link, we see this as this feels good, and this becomes addicting because we want to feel that high all the time. And this also stems from childhood, especially if you're the eldest daughter or a people pleaser, or really just can't like a type love achieving all the rest of it. Slowing down, resting feels like I am failing. I can't slow down, I can't do the things, and it becomes hard. And we don't know how maybe to properly rest. And so that's kind of like the addiction piece of like your identity is kind of like hardened and built on the I need to do well, or I need to succeed, or I need to be productive in order to be good enough, or to be liked, or to be validated, or to all the rest of it. So this is when we need to really break the cycle. And breaking the cycle is a few things. One, it is allowing resetting and rewiring your nervous system so your baseline and your normal feel safe to like. I call this the hot girl hustle because we want to work hard for our goals, we want to achieve, we want to feel successful, all the rest of it. But we don't want to enter toxic hustle and we don't always love the soft life, right? So it's kind of like that in between. We're still prioritizing being a hot girl, but we're hustling for our life that we want, right? So, yeah, a few things. One, really nervous system. These are a lot of the practices of what I said initially. Having a morning routine that really sets you up to feel really solid and a wind-down routine. That's gonna help your nervous system to feel like, okay, I'm good, I'm solid in myself, I can regulate myself. And even if you're feeling like a little bit of stress and all the rest of it, and you can feel yourself going back into that tendency. You come back to yourself, you have a little check-in, maybe you go on your non-stimulation walk, maybe you have a rest, and you kind of like get comfortable with that discomfort and you've kind of stretch yourself. And that's re um reconditioning yourself to feel like it is okay to rest, it's okay to slow down, it's okay to do things differently. And it can be harder to do that too. I think having a guide or having a teacher or mentor, whatever, to help you through these practices, especially within subconscious reprogramming, nervous systematics. So it becomes so much easier for your body to clear that belief because there was a moment in time that made you believe believe you had to act this certain way in order to, in order to be liked, in order to be safe, because your body just wants safety and your body just wants your ego, your body it just wants comfort, and it deems this as comfort, right? So we need to unlock that so that the comfort or the safety comes from resting and also slowing down at times and also feeling like a hot girl and also working hard, but not to the point of always needing to burn out. Like I think I think Michael Bostick was talking about, yeah, like when I hustle, I will go to my absolute limits and then need a period of time to just rest and come down. And that's not healthy. And I think I was listening to it on uh Whitney Wolf Heard's podcast where she was on the Bostics podcast and she was talking about this is the Bumble Founder, and she talked about getting to the top of the mountain. I think she was 31, she had just had a baby, getting to the top of the mountain and realizing there is no one, like I'm not happy. She's feeling empty, she's feeling like, where else do I go? And the answer is within. That's what she was saying. That answer is within. So people at the top of their game are realizing it, they need to go within. Well, then we have such a hack to be able to do this before we even get to the top and to even go further, but still lead a life that is fulfilled and that we're happy in and that we're genuinely going after things that are aligned for us. I noticed such, such a difference in myself even this year, when I have gone after things out of force versus out of alignment. Such a difference. The force, I feel like I'm pushing a rock, a heavy, heavy rock up a hill versus I'm getting uncomfortable, like chasing the aligned thing. I'm getting uncomfortable. I'm feeling like oh like the discomfort of stretching myself, like growing, but it's actually so much easier. Like the things are falling into place in a such, such an easier way. And that comes from clearing all the shit that makes you go after what you should be doing versus what you want to do and doing it in a way that you are proud of the version that you are in that.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, that's such great advice. I listened to that same episode. Um, I love the Bostics podcast. And I listened to literally every single episode. And I remember listen like hearing that and her talk about like being at the top and then realizing that like it's something you have to cultivate internally. And we hear this time and time again, but it's like, when are we gonna learn that we can't just produce and hustle and get there? Because once we get there, it's like, well, how do you feel inside? Like, what is your internal landscape like? And if it's not good at the bottom, it's not gonna be good at the top, and so we need to like figure all of that out now. And like, you're right, having these tools is like so helpful to utilize on the journey to get there, and I think that all of that was just so helpful.

SPEAKER_04

I know we're strapped for time, so I was just gonna add, sorry, I was just gonna add, like, it's actually it's necessary, like nowadays it is necessary. I feel like everyone really should be doing this work to just really become aligned as a buzzword, just to become sure of yourself, just to feel like rock solid in yourself, just to feel all of those things because more women are burnt out. Like, I was like catching, like doing some research around it. I think it's around like 59% of women. It was a 2024 workforce study. 59% of women said that they were burnt out. And this was also six out of 10 women in senior positions also declaring that they were burnt out. There are more women diagnosed with autoimmune decision, uh, autoimmune diseases, more women with PCOS, endo, and that is not normal. And that tells us we are hustling like men, we are going after things that we should be doing, and we have such such a kind of like wake-up call that we're seeing all around us that it's it's within us. It's all within us, and we all have the tools to get our period regulated, feel really solid in ourselves. And I feel like if you have those two things, it's so much easier to become hotter, richer, healthier, happier, like free. All of the things that we're chasing will literally come down to those two things.

SPEAKER_01

I know, and if you think about it with like your identity, like if you don't have a solid identity and you don't like know who you are and stand true in that and believe in yourself, how are you supposed to do anything else? Like, how are you supposed to build the business, like go after the dream job that you want, like do all these things if you don't even have like the foundation in you, like your example with like the building? Like your identity is your foundation and it is what everything stems from. And so it's a really important conversation to have. And I love the way that you've described everything and explained everything and really broke it down into tangible steps. I think people are gonna get a lot of practical tips from this. I know I did. I have a notepad right here, it's filled. Very pretty. Um, but I have just a few final questions for you. They're quick. But the first is Do you have a favorite wellness practice?

SPEAKER_04

My red light. I the brand Loombox, it's portable, you can travel with it. And yeah, like sometimes it's like a little bit like uncomfortable to hold it up because you have to physically hold it. It's like not one of the ones on your face, but that means you can literally put it anywhere on your tummy, especially before your period. So good, so good on your back. Like, um, they talk a lot about putting it, um, just having it behind your neck and your shoulders to get like a deeper quality sleep. And then obviously, like I'm doing it for my hair as well because I want to improve my hair health, like scalp health, face, obviously, like yeah, my loom box, the best investment. So good.

SPEAKER_01

I love that. I have the face one, but I'm like, now I gotta put it everywhere.

SPEAKER_04

Ah my face, but I might just like lay it down like it everywhere. But yeah, no, it's so good, it's really good quality, and something about it, like the strength of it or the like red light or something, is just amazing. So really recommend the loom box.

SPEAKER_01

No. Um, do you have a favorite book or podcast?

SPEAKER_04

Oh, um, I yeah, I love the boss the boss ticks, love listening to them. I feel like I can just get so much advice from the guests on there, but also I love Lauren's and Michael's solo episodes. Like, I just love listening into their life and like how they organize things and like all the rest of it. So yeah, love that.

SPEAKER_01

I love them. I think they're such powerhouses, like they're just incredible. I'm obsessed with everything they say. I'm like, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, no, love that. And I just finished reading Start With Yourself by Emma Grade. And yeah, such a great book. I did, I really liked it. It was a great permission slip to just yeah, great permission slip to go bigger.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I got the book for my birthday. I haven't read it yet because I'm currently finishing up the diary of a CEO. I don't know if you've read that.

SPEAKER_04

Um I have read that. Great, it's a great reread, like just like every so often, like just opening up pages, like so good.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, just picking us something and reading it. Yeah, it has such great stuff in there. Um, is there a product you can't live without? This is the one I was thinking of because we talked about a bunch of stuff before we got on.

SPEAKER_02

Product I can't live without. Probably, oh my god, such a hard one.

SPEAKER_04

Because I feel like I use like a lot of different things that just make a dent. I feel like at the moment it is the blue light blocker. Like I just love them because like it's so many different things, like the lights, um, like the light bulbs, lamps, the glasses, and it's just so good for your sleep. And there's just such a direct ROI from it. So blue light blocker.

SPEAKER_01

Do you have any favorite period products?

SPEAKER_00

Not really.

SPEAKER_02

Not really.

SPEAKER_04

Like I try, I try different things like period undies, organic cotton pads, um, the diva cup. I'm just a period pad girly. Like I don't love it for the environment sense. I love using a like a cup, but I get a bit of anxiety every time I have to take it out. So otherwise that would get 10 out of 10 for me. But the Tom, like the Tom Period Cup, anything like silicon-based, and they come in like a cute um period case. So I do like that. And I love like over TMI and everything, but like seeing actually what color your period blood is like coming out of the cup, so so helpful. And like there's so much, like, so many benefits with your period blood, as like is so many, like I think it's life cells and like stem cells within it that's just so amazing for fertilization, like of your plants and everything. So that's an amazing little thing. But I don't really necessarily have a period specific. I would say like maybe my red light would be like my favorite period tool because like sometimes I use it on my stomach or just like yeah, like it's a little cozy thing. So I do love that. I something I haven't used since last winter, actually. I got a little kind of like an electric little mini uh blanket that I just pop on my stomach, and that's like a little nice like Chinese medicine thing, like to just promote warmth and um blood flow and circulation and everything. But yeah, I need to get into it because uh we have had a cold snap here in Sydney, and I will will say it doesn't get as cold as like the US or other parts of the world, but like when the initial cold hits, it's like that's a shock. So definitely gonna get that out for now for winter.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I love my heating pad. I'm obsessed with it, it's so good. Um, I like the brand Honeypot for period products. I don't know if you've heard of it. They're like organic cotton, and that just is like I've been using that for like a year and a half now, and I just am obsessed with that. But I'm interested in trying a cup potentially.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, to so Tom's. I don't know if you, I'm assuming you guys would have like it's an I think it's an Aussie brand. Um, but yeah, like I've just been using their pads, their tampons, because they're all organic cotton. Like if you're gonna do anything, just get organic cotton because yeah, going right there.

SPEAKER_01

Do you have any favorite non-toxic products?

SPEAKER_04

And I know you do. So ever since I was young, my and I have my parents to thank for this, they've been very, very health conscious. So I feel like this has really been embedded. So favorite products, let's go get your notepads out. So skincare, I love trilogy, love trilogy. Um, they're New Zealand-based. I've been using that since I was very, very young. I have wanted to try, haven't tried yet, but have wanted to try OC or O'Shea, O-S-E-A. Um, apparently just amazing, low tox, but really, really good quality. Um, other like makeup brands, I love Lust Minerals. It's an Australian-based one. And I was saying to Sarah before we started recording, like, I have never gotten so many compliments on like my makeup or just like my kind of like skin since using this. So love their foundation. Have been using it for like over two years.

SPEAKER_01

So there's no video on this, but I can see your skin and it looks incredible.

SPEAKER_04

Thank you very much. Um, so yeah, Lust Minerals, I use their foundation and their blush and Ilya for their mascara. I was using Ilya for I think they have they just have amazing products. I think I was using their foundation as well, and it was just I Love anything dewy, anything like just like that melts into your skin and is like just enhances your features. So I really love that. Cosas, K-O-S-A-S. I listened to a um podcast with the with the founder. Her name is Sheena, and she started this when she was eight months postpartum. So like incredible. Amazing brow products, products, amazing lip products, like just amazing, amazing makeup line. Um Ilya Cosa Tau 28. I love no video, but I love. I'm showing Sarah their lip softy lip tint treatment, tint and limp treatment. Love this.

SPEAKER_01

I notice you're always holding it in a video. Yeah, I love it.

SPEAKER_04

It's like my little, I love it. It's my baby. Um, love that so much. And it has a gorgeous taste to it. Like, and especially anything lip products-wise, like you're ingesting it. So you want to make sure that that is low tox. Um, Westman Atelier, I love them. Um, just very creamy based, like just again, glowy, that sort of thing. I use their contour stick for like bronzer and just a bit of contour. Um I think that's I think that's it. I think that's it. Um, I tried deodorant. I I'll have to send it to you, Sarah. I I've started using a new deodorant and a few people like we were at a wedding, one of my best friends' wedding, and someone needed deodorant and it is roll-on, but it like, it just it's a it's been amazing. Like it just smells really nice. And apparently it kind of like slows down the I don't know how it works, but it slows down the sweating process because I am a sweater. Like I sweat through my clothes all the time, even if it's like cold, and that's been really nice. Anything well like for cleaning stuff, household Dr. Bronner's. I did a video around like a multi-purpose cleaner, and you just put like a quarter cup of the Dr. Bronner's anything kind of flavor, but we use the peppermint one um to like kind of like two cups. It did say one liter, but I've been using two cups. The shit it gets out of like bathroom, toilet, but like just even kids' stuff as well, like the mess that like kids can make with like foods, or like if she's accidentally drawn on a wall and I'm like, we're like what happened there? It amazing, just amazing. So that's been really good. Just trying to think of anything else. Koala Eco Branch Basics in the US is stunning for household products, like really, really good and really good education-based content on their site as well. Um, and I think they have some nice on like lotox candles too, because I'm all about like nice decor that's low tox. Yeah, anything sheets like sheets wise or like clothes and stuff, like natural fibers, cotton, linen, wool, cashmere, that sort of thing. Yeah, I could go on.

SPEAKER_01

I could go on with this. I know if we had more time, I would ask you a million questions because I too am very into the low talks right now and for a little bit. It's really, I know it's really like getting uh promoted and talked about a lot more, which is good.

SPEAKER_04

It's such a good thing, it is such a good thing. It's yeah, such an amazing thing. The only thing I think that I like even I fell into the trap, bamboo is not natural, like anything bamboo is like how it's broken down. If you think about how it's broken down, it's not, it's like still quite a synthetic and chemical-based um process. So I think there would be like certain bamboo things that maybe are more natural and it is more natural, then obviously like polyester, um, nylon, all the rest of it. But yeah, not great. So if you can go cotton, linen, all the rest of it. I haven't, and I'm yet to try Leia L-A-Y-E-R-E. That is an active wear brand because a lot of the active wear is obviously very not great, and we're sweating through it. And especially if you're someone who wears activewear a lot, this would be something I would suggest like having as a priority to just like swapping out. I haven't tried it, but this stuff looks amazing. And the founder, Catherine, is I think she has a biomed degree, so really, really knowledgeable in that space, a lot of great content around low-talk stuff and just education around it. So that would be a great resource too.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, I love that. Oh, thank you. I'm gonna be doing a deep dive in all of this after. Yes. Um, lastly, who is someone who inspires you?

SPEAKER_04

Oh, Izzy, Izzy Utter, oh my god, I'm gonna butcher her last name. Izzy Utterton or Izzy Utterson. I I should know that. She really, really inspires me. She is her why, like her mom has Alzheimer's, and she just talks about a lot of the neuroscience behind glowing up, becoming the woman that you want to be. And she just inspires me because a lot of the impact that she's creating, that is something that is a big dream of mine. Like she's talking on stages, she's doing a lot of meaningful work, and that inspires me because I genuinely want to do. I genuinely want to do that. Like, that's my impact, that's my purpose, and she looks incredible doing it too. So, like, yeah, cop off easy.

SPEAKER_01

I love that. I can see that for you.

SPEAKER_04

Thank you.

SPEAKER_01

Thank you. All right, where can everyone find you and follow along?

SPEAKER_04

Okay, the best place is Instagram. I am at Tamara Santucci Co. I'm also on TikTok. I have a podcast called Get Comfortable Being Uncomfortable, hence a lot of the getting comfortable with a discomfort conversation. And I've just started playing around with Substack. So I it's called the Hot Girl Hustle. So you can find me on there.

SPEAKER_02

Awesome. Thank you so much. Thank you so much, Sarah.
